Samuti juhin populaarset <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/show\/4Ob9iscH3YU1iQ9scFVz8a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oma Maitse podcasti Toidujutud<\/a>, kus vestlen Eesti tippkokkadega, et avastada nende parimaid edu- ja k\u00f6\u00f6gisaladusi. Paljudele lastele olen tuttav ka ETV <a href=\"https:\/\/lasteekraan.err.ee\/1038700\/magus-molekul\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">telesaatest Magus Molekul<\/a>, kus koos Aigar Vaiguga n\u00e4itame, et tervislik toit v\u00f5ib olla m\u00e4nguline ja maitsev.<br \/>Aastate jooksul olen loonud \u00fcle 700 retsepti, teinud koost\u00f6\u00f6d mitmete meediav\u00e4ljaannete ja usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rsete br\u00e4ndidega nagu Blendtec, Jura, Philips ja teised, ning t\u00e4iendanud end toidukoolitustel Eestis, Dubais, Kreekas ja Prantsusmaal.<br \/>Viimastel aastatel olen sageli hoopis ise koolitaja rollis \u2014 viin l\u00e4bi toidukoolitusi nii lastele kui ka t\u00e4iskasvanutele ning loon ettev\u00f5tetele eriformaadis tiimi\u00f5htuid, kus \u00fcheskoos valmistame mitmek\u00e4igulised \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6gid. Tervislik toitumine on mulle t\u00e4htis, kuid ma ei usu, et see peaks s\u00fcndima maitse arvelt. Vastupidi &#8211; toit peab eelk\u00f5ige olema nauditav. Kui see on ka tasakaalus ja toitev, siis ongi k\u00f5ik paigas. Mulle meeldib \u00f6elda, et hea toit peaks maitsema nii h\u00e4sti, et keegi ei m\u00e4rkakski, kui tervislik see tegelikult on.<br \/>Sest minu jaoks ei ole toit vaid k\u00fctus. See on kogemus, emotsioon, m\u00e4lestus&#8230; ja armastus. Midagi, mida valmistad s\u00fcdamega, jagad nendega, kellest hoolid, ja mis toob inimesed laua taha kokku.<br \/>Tere tulemast minu k\u00f6\u00f6ki.
