Originaalis L\u00e4his-Ida k\u00f6\u00f6gist p\u00e4rineva shakshuka nimi t\u00e4hendab t\u00f5lkes \u201csegu\u201d, mis viitab sellele, et algup\u00e4rase retsepti j\u00e4rgi segatakse pannil kokku tomatikaste paprika, t\u0161illi ja muu hea ning l\u00f5pus lisatakse kastmesse k\u00fcpsema munad.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prelive.paulasarekanno.com\/et\/toode\/lihtsus-kokakunstis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Klassikalise retsepti leiad n\u00e4iteks minu kokaraamatust<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 kohe esimene retsept, kui raamatu lahti teed.  Aga minu igahommikune lemmik on hoopis tema v\u00e4rske roheline noorem \u00f5de, ehk roheline shakshuka. Kui tahaksid postituse lugemise asemel n\u00e4ha shakshuka valmistamist hoopis videos, siis kokkasin seda sama shakshukat\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/duoplay.ee\/9644\/telehommik?ep=178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kanal2 Telehommikus 11.11.2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roheline shakshuka on kaasaegsem versioon, kus asendatakse tomatip\u00f5hi roheliste k\u00f6\u00f6giviljade ja \u00fcrtidega. Enamasti kasutatakse spinatit, lehtkapsast v\u00f5i muud salatilist ning lisatakse suvik\u00f5rvitsat, porrulauku, sellerit, ube ja v\u00e4rskeid \u00fcrte nagu petersell, koriander ja till. M\u00f5ned retseptid sisaldavad ka rohelist t\u0161illit v\u00f5i v\u00e4rsket ingverit m\u00f5nusa v\u00fcrtsikuse jaoks v\u00f5i kasutavad kastme rikkalikumaks muutmiseks koort v\u00f5i jogurtit. Minu jaoks pakub see variant kergemat ja v\u00e4rskemat alternatiivi, s\u00e4ilitades samas shakshuka iseloomulikult s\u00fcgava ja t\u00e4idlase maitse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just viimase t\u00f5ttu ongi ta saanud aastate jooksul mu \u00fcheks lemmikuks hommikus\u00f6\u00f6giks, mida k\u00fcpsetan endale vist t\u00f5esti iga n\u00e4dal juba \u00fcle paari aasta.\u00a0 M\u00f5nus ja kiire viis anda hommikul kehale kohe tubli vitamiini ja mineraalide annus! Lehtk\u00f6\u00f6giviljade kasulikkusest ei ole vist vaja pikemalt r\u00e4\u00e4kida ning kui pannile kokku panna veel spinat ja lehtkapsas, on koos korralik hea tervise raskekahurv\u00e4gi.  Raskekahurv\u00e4e k\u00f5rval on siin retseptis ka edamame oad ja rohelised herned. Edamame on \u00fcks mu lemmikutest kaunviljadest \u2013 lisaks ta m\u00f5nnale maitsele sisaldab ta mega palju kasulikke aineid, n\u00e4iteks K ja C vitamiini, foolhapet, rauda ja magneesiumi kui vaid m\u00f5ned v\u00e4lja tuua. Samuti on edamame oad v\u00e4ga head taimse valgu ja kiudaine allikad ja aitavad nii t\u00f5sta p\u00e4evast saadavat proteiiniannust. Rohelistes hernestes on suhteliselt sarnane nimekiri arvukatest headest omadustest, aga lisaks on neis ka n\u00e4iteks flavonoide ja karotenoide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maitseainena meeldib mulle v\u00e4ga kasutada shakshukas jahvatatud korianderit ning vahel ka v\u00fcrtsk\u00f6\u00f6mneid ja jahvatatud ingverit, sest neil k\u00f5igil on m\u00f5nusalt soojendav m\u00f5ju kehale ja eriti pimedatel s\u00fcgishommikutel kulub see v\u00e4ike lisasoojus s\u00fcdamesse ja k\u00f5htu k\u00fcll \u00e4ra.  Algselt l\u00f5in selle retsepti Pere ja Kodu ajakirja jaoks 2022. aprillis, ent t\u00e4na siin blogis teieni j\u00f5udev retsept on aastate (ja lugematute hommikute) jooksul saanud veidi timmitud vormi. T\u00f5tt\u00f6elda ma ise enamustel hommikutel ei fetat ega leiba-saia shakshukale ei lisagi \u2013 s\u00f6\u00f6ngi lihtsalt niisama tema puhtas headuses!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erinevate retseptis \u00fcles loetletud koostisosade tervislikkusest v\u00f5iksin terve peat\u00fcki kirjutada, aga mis siin ikka liiga pikalt seletada. Kes tahab, guugeldab ise juurde ja saate veidi kiiremini kokkama minna\u2026 \ud83d\ude09 Viimase soovitusena veel \u00fctlen, et ideaalne shakshuka on see, kus munakollane voolab m\u00f5nusalt ja moodustab oma kreemisusega hea kastme.
