Need on muutunud lausa legendiks \u2013 maitsvad, pehmed ja selle omap\u00e4rase s\u00fcgava mekiga. N\u00fc\u00fcd saad neid ise kodus teha! Kuigi originaalne retsept on veidi keerukam, siis olen loonud lihtsustatud variandi, mis toob k\u00f5ik need tuttavad maitsed kiirelt ja lihtsalt sinu lauale. K\u00f5ik, mida vajad, on \u00f5iged koostisosad ja veidi aega ning varsti saadki k\u00f5htu r\u00f5\u00f5mustada m\u00f5nsade pallikestega, mis viivad su m\u00f5tted Rootsi avarustele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Lihapalli tainast valmistada on lihtne &#8211; riivsaia ja koore segu aitab hoida vormi, aga samas ka pehmust. Oluline on kasutada 50% ja 50% liha jaotust (veis+siga), sest ainult veiselihast palle tehes j\u00e4\u00e4vad need veidi liiga tihked ja kuivad. Kui lihapallid on valmis, on aeg valmistada kaste, mille salap\u00e4raseks v\u00f5tmeks on just muskaatp\u00e4hkli lisamine. Kui kaste on valmis, lisad lihapallid sinna sisse ning serveerid kartulipudru v\u00f5i praekartulitega \u2013 ja voil\u00e0!
