Jupisupp v\u00f5i kapipada on s\u00e4\u00e4tliku kokkaja salanipid. P\u00f5nevate retseptide katsetamine uudsest toorainest meeldib meile aegajalt k\u00f5igile. Enamasti on sellisel puhul vaja ette v\u00f5tta ka poesk\u00e4ik. Klass omaette on aga oskus teha s\u00fc\u00fca siis, kui kapis ei ole enam justkui mitte midagi ja poodi ka ei taha minna. Meil on kodus tihti olukord, kus mees jookseks juba ammu poodi, aga mina vaatan kappi ja \u00fctlen, et siin on ju mitme p\u00e4eva jagu s\u00fc\u00fca veel! Oskus n\u00e4ha kapij\u00e4\u00e4kides v\u00f5imalusi on kodukokkajale h\u00e4davajalik ning aitab hoida kokku ka m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rse summa raha.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutikal kokkamisel ongi peamiselt kaks eelist: rahaline kokkuhoid ja keskkonnas\u00e4\u00e4stlikkus. Olen viimaste kuude jooksul sattunud r\u00e4\u00e4kima tuttavatega pere toidule kuluvast eelarve summast ja suur oli mu \u00fcllatus, kui taipasin, et majandame kodus v\u00e4ga s\u00e4\u00e4stlikult. Ilmselt m\u00e4ngib siin peamist rolli minu enda v\u00e4ga tugev s\u00e4\u00e4stja mentaliteet. Aga praktiliste nippide poole pealt:<br>&#8211; esmalt k\u00e4in poes korra n\u00e4dalas ja ostan pigem toorainet, kui valmis tooteid. Need on odavamad ning nendega on kodus rohkem m\u00e4nguruumi vastavalt sellele, mis isu mingil \u00f5htul tuleb.<br>&#8211; teiseks kasutan tooraine maksimaalselt l\u00f5puni. Selleks jagan nippe blogi toidu raiskamise v\u00e4hendamise artiklis ja samuti tegin hea \u00fclevaate koost\u00f6\u00f6s Keskkonnaministeeriumi spetsialistidega Pere ja Kodu 2021. aasta novembrinumbris, kui panime kokku 10 nippi, kuidas v\u00e4hendada toidu raiskamist. Nendes artiklites saad teada ka seda, miks on s\u00e4\u00e4stlik kokkamine keskkonna jaoks oluline.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mu lemmikn\u00e4iteks on ahjukana. Nelja eurone kanapoiss l\u00e4heb esimesel \u00f5htul ahju koos juurikatega, teisel p\u00e4eval saab l\u00f5unaks v\u00f5i \u00f5htuks j\u00e4relej\u00e4\u00e4nud lihast vrap, pasta v\u00f5i riisiroog ning kolmandal panen r\u00fcmba potti, keedan koos hea ja paremaga puljongi ning teen kanasupi, millest saab veel 2-3 toidukorda perele. Kui n\u00fc\u00fcd samas valemis korrutada l\u00e4bi 4 toidukorra kogus n\u00e4iteks valmis paneeritud kanafilee pihvide v\u00f5i muu taolise maksumusega, on summa hoopis teine.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4na on aga fookuses supp. Kuidas siis teha maitsev juurviljasupp kapi viimastest juppidest?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sibula-k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu-looberi kuumutamine \u00f5lis toob maitsed esile, nii lood supile hea baasi, mille peale on juba v\u00e4ga lihtne maitsvat rooga ehitada. Sisse pane t\u00e4pselt\u2028 neid juurikaid, mis sinu s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmas v\u00f5i k\u00fclmikus leiduvad, ning argi\u00f5htu supike valmib vaid 20 minutiga.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puljongi v\u00f5id v\u00f5imalusel keeta ise ahjukana r\u00fcmbast (see v\u00f5tab aega 1-1,5 h), aga vajadusel kasuta puljongikuubikuid v\u00f5i valmis puljongit. K\u00f6\u00f6giviljadeks sobivad k\u00f5ik jupid, mis kapis leiduvad: viimased porgandiotsad, kartul, paprika, kaalikas, k\u00f5rvits, herned-oad jne. Sobivad nii tavak\u00fclmikus viimase vindi peal olevad tegelased kui ka s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma t\u00fckeldatud varud.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mille vahel valida?<br>&#8211; Baas: sibul v\u00f5i porru, k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, loorberilehed, \u00f5li, puljong, sool-pipar.<br>&#8211; Midagi lihalist: hakkliha v\u00f5i t\u00fckeldatud kanafilee.<br>&#8211; Midagi k\u00f6\u00f6giviljalist: hakitud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad, s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljasegu.<br><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kuidas kasutada targalt \u00e4ra k\u00f5ik juurikajupid, mis kapis ootavad?
