Veel paar aastat tagasi ei osanud ma m\u00f5eldagi, et v\u00f5iks tainast ise teha \u2013 see tundus alati hirmus keeruline ja m\u00f5tetu jamamine. Peale aastataguseid esimesi katsetusi aga olen v\u00f5lutud. See tainategu ei ole midagi keerulist, p\u00e4riselt ka. Muudkui segad \u00fches potis asjad kokku, t\u00f5stad kilesse kappi seisma ja asi tehtud! Ja oi-kui-h\u00e4sti see oma valmistatud tainas maitseb! Need v\u00fcrtsid \u2026.. njamm\u2026. Poetainas ei ole pooltki seda s\u00e4rtsu ja maitsek\u00fcllust.<br>Oma piparkoogitainasse purustan tavaliselt uhmriga v\u00fcrtsid ise, nii j\u00e4\u00e4vad need veel eriti aromaatsed. Olen enda jaoks paika saanud meelep\u00e4rase v\u00fcrtside koguse aga seda v\u00f5ib iga\u00fcks iseenda maitse j\u00e4rgi kohendada \u2013 kellele rohkem kaneeli, kellele ingverit. Boonuseks on veel see, et tainas on madala gl\u00fckeemilise indeksiga, ei t\u00f5sta veresuhkrut ja sobib seega ka n\u00e4iteks diabeetikutele.<br>Meie kodune piparkoogitegu kulges m\u00f5nusas pereringis ja tubli piparkoogimeister oli ka v\u00e4ike Uku-Robin. Poiss sai k\u00e4e tainaseks nii rullimisel, vormimisel kui ka glasuurimisel. \u00dcks m\u00f5nus esimene advent!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J\u00f5ulud on mu lemmikaeg.
